We are so excited to have them on the team! Thank you for all of your support this week and continued support! You are appreciated! This week we completed the Financial Review, and made edits to the 22-23 expense sheet (Final) and updated the new expense sheet for the 23-24 School year. You can find both expense/ budget sheets attached to this email.  We will go over the 23-24 treasurer report during Monday’s General meeting at 6:30pm! I hope to see you all in person or on zoom! I do hope we have better internet this time! 

I would like to welcome Marlena Reynolds, who will be our 2nd Fundraising Coordinator! We appreciate you so much! If anyone else would like to take on a role in the committees and or on the E Board, please do not hesitate to reach out! There is room for everyone to join in 🙂

Lastly, I wanted to invite you all to be a part of the Book Fair Meeting. The meeting is hosted by Allison, who will be our Representative for the Book Fair. Brittany and I learned so much last year at the meeting and I am hoping we can learn more about the opportunities we have with Scholastic Dollars, what we can earn, and continue to provide for our students and school.   The meeting will be held on Friday, 10/20 at 9:30am on Microsoft Teams.

This past school year alone, we were able to give $20 in scholastic dollars to every staff member and volunteer, 2 $20 scholastic dollar vouchers per classroom to provide to 2 students per classroom who may have needed the financial assistance, $920.02 in scholastic dollars for our kindergarten orientation goodies, provide Ms. Levesque and Ms. Morello a new rug, provide Ms. Gindi a new cart for the library, and lastly $1,909.07 in scholastic dollars for our 5th grade honor books in the library! 

We hope to be able to continue the support this year!
